Over 20 years of experience in Media Sales and Marketing across various digital media platforms with many organisations within the industry. Key revenue channels include Airtime Sales, Sponsorship, Interactive and Mobile where he was instrumental in both planning and growing revenue streams and exceeding targets. His experience, knowledge and recognition within the Media Industry mirror his success. He has demonstrated skill and professionalism in launching major channels including ITV2 and a number of Baure Music channels .

Damon started his career at Channel 4 and held various sales and commercial positions at other major broadcasters including Granada. He moved to Channel Five and became Head of Interactive. After his success at Five he moved to Enteraction TV as Sales Director where he drove new content partnerships and delivered the largest Mobile branded partnership of its kind with EA sports. Damon then became Commercial Director of Turner Broadcasting where he launched and managed Nuts TV and established partnerships with brands such as WKD Sports Show and Ricky Hatton speaks. He currently consults for NetPlay TV where he delivered the largest Gaming Partnership on a broadcast platform with the launch of Supercasino on Five.
